Andy was excellent and would definitely recommend and use in the future. We had some ventilation issues, condensation inside the loft on one side. Andy fitted vent tiles to improve ventilation. We also happened to have some cracked and lost tiles in the storm a couple of days before Andy came round, which he fixed at the same time! Easy to communicate, friendly, and affordable work!

Andy’s communication, service, advice and availability was really great. I had a roof leak which potentially coming from the chimney stack. From speaking to Andy in the morning he made himself available and turned up to my house a couple of hours later to have a look at the problem and fixed the issue - he did this all in the same day and I’d happily recommend Andy!!

Andy gave me a free, very helpful evaluation - plaster bulges due to condensation on steel girder rather than a roof problem. Very refreshing to deal with a tradesperson that is honest and comes as promised especially as it didn't result in work being done
